DKA principals worked closely with the developer team of Brian Giles and Jerry Karlik to design a signature tower in Chicago’s South Loop that would demand higher sales per square foot than adjacent developments.
The design features two “dancing” glass towers atop a parking garage and spa/fitness center. Each unit is designed utilizing the latest high-end condominium planning principles and overlooks downtown Chicago and Lake Michigan. The design was cited and featured in numerous publications and received positive review from Chicago’s architectural critiques.
