What was originally thought to be a relatively simple site adapt of our prototypical facility already constructed in Bryan, Texas and St. George, Utah turned out to be a significant challenge when programs such as a golf cart storage building, and a starter shack were added into the mix and the local building officials got involved in the project. DKA quickly provided innovative designs for new structures and worked closely with the local building officials to accommodate their numerous requests while at the same time, finding cost-effective ways to do so.

The new Golf Entertainment Facility is designed to include the following programmatic elements:

• Efficient two-story entry with views through the building to the golfing range
• Two levels of 26 Golfing Bays, 52 total bays
• Full-service kitchen, restaurant and bar for 100 people
• Outdoor semi-realistic synthetic turf putting course and dining for 60 people
• 2 large event rooms for 70 people each
• Upstairs Bar/Entertainment area 80 people
